Warranty and returns policy.
Upon delivery of your products or on collection please inspect them carefully before the delivery driver has left your home or you or your courier left shop premises and before they are used and installed. If after inspection you are not completely satisfied, for any reason, the products will be taken back by the delivery driver or shop assistant. You will receive a full refund.
Please make sure that person who accept delivery or collect it from shop is authorized to sign an invoice to accept cosmetic condition of item and content as it is.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are happy with the condition of goods when signing for receipt. We cannot accept any claims for items as not as described once you sign your acceptance.
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your statutory rights. You can return products to the shop or arrange collection for the same price as delivery.
Our products have a 30 days money back guarantee. If you change your mind and your item is unused or in its original condition, we can either exchange it or give you a full refund when you return it within 30 days with your proof of purchase.
The Product must also be returned with any accessories included.
If it’s used, you can still get up to 50% (it depends of time and condition) of the item cost refunded within warranty period.
If a fault is confirmed within 30 days of delivery/collection, just let us know and you’ll be able to return it for a full refund, or have it repaired or replaced.
If a fault is confirmed after 30 days of delivery (but within warranty period), just let us know and you can choose whether you’d like us to either repair or replace it for you.
If it’s not possible for us to offer a repair or replacement, you can choose to keep the product and receive a partial refund or return the product and receive a full refund.
All returned items will be fully tested and inspected for any signs of misuse. Items identified as such, will be returned to the customer in its current state and will not be exchanged or refunded.
A FAULT MUST BE CONFIRMED BY OUR ENGINEER.
If there is no fault found we can offer you only partial refund up to 50%.
We will endeavour to attend any problem within 2-4 working days from the initial point of contact.
The warranty will cover the following.
1. Electrical component failure within the appliance.
2. Mechanical component failure within the appliance not caused by foreign objects or improper use or improper installation.
If there is any issue with the appliance within the stated warranty period we will aim to repair, replace or refund at your home except in the instance the appliance is outside our delivery area, it will then be the buyer’s responsibility to return the item back to the shop for repair, replacement or refund.
If we are of the opinion that the issue is a result of misuse or incorrect installation, it will be considered your responsibility as the customer and you will be charged £55 for the call out.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure to ensure that the appliance is used correctly and serviced as directed by the appliance user guide. Evidence of improper use, servicing or any attempt at repair by anyone other than an ML Discount Appliances engineer will invalidate the terms of the warranty.
Warranty doesn’t cover:
1. broken bearings as it is a result of constant overload,
2. drain pump blockages,
3. any physically broken parts – such as broken doors and door handles, depressed buttons, drum paddles, broken panels or fridge freezer drawers or any other damages.
4. If your appliance has not been installed correctly, for example if the supplies are not connected properly, there are blocked waste pipe or faulty water connection.
PLEASE DO NOT OVERLOAD – IT IS A MAIN CAUSE OF FAILURE OF WASHING MACHINES AND TUMBLE DRYERS.
Any consequential losses are not covered by the warranty and not refundable.
