We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item.
We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your statutory rights. We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible.
Upon delivery of your products or on collection please inspect them carefully before the delivery driver has left your home or you or your courier left shop premises and before they are used and installed. If after inspection you are not completely satisfied, for any reason, the products will be taken back by the delivery driver or shop assistant. You will receive a full refund.
Please make sure that person who accept delivery or collect it from shop is authorised to sign an invoice to accept cosmetic condition of item and content as it is.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are happy with the condition of goods when signing for receipt. We cannot accept any claims for items as not as described once you sign your acceptance.
If you're still not 100% happy with your product, you can return it to us within 14 days.
You can return it shop or arrange collection for the same price as delivery. Your purchase must be complete, unused and returned in the same condition as when you received it.
The Product must also be returned with any accessories included.
If you experience a problem with your item within the warranty period stated on invoice we can offer an exchange unit and or repair - please contact us.
All returned items will be fully tested and inspected for any signs of misuse. Items identified as such, will be returned to the customer in its current state and will not be exchanged or refunded. Faulty goods will be replaced on a like-for-like basis.
Should our existing stocks be insufficient to accommodate this, either an equivalent specification replacement will be offered or a full refund given.
We offer a parts and labor warranty on all appliances bought from ML Discount Appliances the length of which is detailed on description and on invoice.
If the item is stated as new it is your responsibility to activate the manufacturer’s warranty.
We will endeavor to attend any problem within 7 days from the initial point of contact.
The warranty will cover the following.
1. Electrical component failure within the appliance.
2. Mechanical component failure within the appliance not caused by foreign objects or improper use or improper installation.
If there is any issue with the appliance within the stated warranty period we will aim to repair, replace or refund at your home except in the instance the appliance is outside of our delivery area, it will then be the buyers responsibility to return the item back to the shop for repair, repair replacement or refund.
If we are of the opinion that the issue is a result of miss use and/or improper installation, it will be considered your responsibility as the customer and you will be charged £45 for the call out.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure to ensure that the appliance is used correctly and serviced as directed by the appliance user guide.
Evidence of improper use, servicing or any attempt at repair by anyone other than an ML Discount Appliances engineer will invalidate the terms of the warranty.
